• 1.2By using this Website/Application, the User provides his/her consent to the Company to collect, use, and disclose the User's personal information according to the rules and provisions of this agreement.
• 1.3Website/Application is owned and operated by Ennua Atelier Limited. (hereinafter “Company”) and the Company hereby proclaims and accepts its responsibility to protect the User's private information. This Privacy Policy contains the rules upon which such information is gathered and used. These rules apply to any personal and non-personal information gathered at and/or by the Company.

  • 2.1.1We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us through one of the two forms on this website: the enquiry form, where we collect your name, your email address and anything you write in your message; and the newsletter sign-up, where we collect your email address.
  • 2.1.2If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we hold whatever information you choose to give us in that correspondence.
  • 2.1.3We do not operate user accounts on this website. There is no login, no user profile, and no payment or billing information is collected here.
  • 2.1.4We do not use third-party sign-in services, and we do not buy personal data from data brokers or other third parties.

• 2.2Non-Personal Information
  • 2.2.1The Company also collects non-personal information from Users such as Users’ browser type, the URL of the previous Website/Application visited, User ISP, operating system, and User Internet protocol (IP) Address ("Non-Personal Information").
  • 2.2.2Non-Personal Information cannot be easily used to personally identify the User.

3Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following bases:

4Use of Cookies

7Opt-Out Policy

• 7.1You can stop hearing from us at any time. Email us at contact@ennua.com and we will remove you from our mailing list and confirm when it is done. Where a newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link, one click does the same thing. If you have made an enquiry and would prefer we did not keep your details on file, email us and we will delete them, subject only to any record we are required by law to retain. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
• 7.2If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, please email us at contact@ennua.com first, so that we have the chance to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days. You also have the right to complain directly to the Irish supervisory authority:

• 8.3We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

9International Data Transfer

• 9.1We are established in Ireland and are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This website is built and hosted on Webflow, which stores its customers' and their end users' data in the United States. This means that information you submit through the forms on this site — your enquiry, or your newsletter sign-up — is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
• 9.2That transfer is covered by the safeguards required under Chapter V of the GDPR. Webflow is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
